Initial Call
We start with a short call to get the basics. Move date, distance, home layout, and an overview of what you're moving.
Step 2
Walkthrough
We schedule an in-person or virtual walkthrough so we can assess doorways, staircases, parking, and furniture size. Since we bill hourly, accuracy matters.
Step 3
Agreement
After the walkthrough, we send your service agreement and deposit link. Once completed, your move is officially locked in.
Step 4
White-Glove Prep Day (Optional)
The day before your move, we can disassemble furniture, wrap items, stage rooms, and help pack to ensure a smooth and efficient move day.
Step 5
Move Day
We text or call with an ETA before arrival, then handle loading, transporting, and unloading. You’ll always know when we’re on our way.
Step 6
Final Walkthrough
We complete a final walkthrough and collect remaining payment. We accept cash, card, check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Afterpay, with a cash discount available.

Full-Service Moving
$100 / hr / mover

$75 / hr / mover
- Loading or unloading trucks, trailers, or PODs
- Furniture rearranging or in-home moving

- Packing kitchens, closets, décor and fragile items
- Organized labeling to simplify unpacking
- Optional packing materials available
Priority moves with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $25/hr surcharge.

Yes. If you already have your own truck, trailer, or storage container, our team can help with the heavy lifting by loading or unloading your belongings safely.
Labor-only help is also useful for moves on the same property. For example, if you're having floors refinished, new carpet installed, or doing renovations and need furniture moved between rooms, basements, or garages, we can help move everything where it needs to go.
